Terms and conditions

1. Car detailing services are provided solely for the purpose of enhancing and improving the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle. The results of the detailing may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of vehicle, and the detailing company makes no guarantees as to the results that can be achieved.

2. Prices for car detailing services will vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle, the specific services requested, and any additional fees that may apply.

3. All appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by a representative of the detailing company.

4. Customers must bring their vehicles to the detailing location at the agreed-upon time. Failure to show up for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Customers must disclose any known or suspected defects or damage to their vehicles prior to the commencement of the detailing services.

6. The detailing company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer that presents a hazard or poses a risk to the safety of the employees or equipment.

7. All vehicles will be inspected prior to and after detailing services to ensure that all work has been completed satisfactorily and any issues have been addressed.

8. Customers are responsible for removing any personal items or valuables from their vehicles prior to detailing, as the detailing company is not liable for any loss or damage.

9. The detailing company is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle’s paint, upholstery, or other materials caused by pre-existing conditions, such as excessive aging, wear and tear, or neglect.

10. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the detailing services provided, the detailing company will make every effort to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.

11. The detailing company is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by customer negligence or misuse of the vehicle after detailing services have been completed.

12. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while operating their vehicles, including but not limited to traffic laws, emissions standards, and safety requirements.

13. Payment for detailing services must be made in full at the time the services are rendered. The company accepts cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, as agreed upon in advance.

14. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified or amended at any time by the detailing company, in its sole discretion and without notice to the customer.
